We guarantee that our dolls arrive at your house in the exact same condition that we send them, and we package each doll with extreme care to make sure of this.
If your doll arrives and has been damaged at all during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action. In cases of postal damage we will replace the doll with another doll that we have in stock.
Adult Dolls are a very personal and intimate item; we do not offer returns for any reason other than damage during shipping. This is why we carefully photograph and describe each doll; to ensure that you know exactly what you are ordering, and that the doll you receive is exactly as you expected.
Dolls shipped outside of Canada are not returnable.
