How heavy are the dolls?

Our Edmonton and Calgary sex dolls vary in size. The dolls weigh about 65 pounds and can go up depending on your preference.

Do the dolls easily get damaged?

The dolls can get damaged if they are dragged across a floor or if they fall over and hit something. Be mindful of handling some parts, such as the wrist and ankles. You must be gentle with these areas as they can be easily damaged. Also, watch for sharp objects that can scar or cut your doll. When using them, make sure that the doll’s hands are not flapping around as they can incur damage from the back and forth motion.

Can I repair my doll if it is damaged?

There are some repairs that can be done, depending on the level of damage the doll has sustained. If there are cuts or tears, you can apply a very small amount of silicone glue or even crazy glue to fix them. You can also obtain some raw materials for damages that require major repair. We will post a repair section in the coming days to help with this.

How long will each doll last?

The amount of use and care you will provide will have a great impact on the longevity of your doll. Keep in mind that sex dolls do wear out just like anything else. However, if you take good care of it, you can get years out of a single doll.

Will direct sunlight damage my doll?

Yes. As with anything, sun exposure can fade or damage most things—your doll included. Try to keep your doll away from direct sunlight for long periods of time.

Handling and Use

What kind of clothing is best for my doll?

Light colors are best as they are less likely to stain the doll. You should be careful with the dolls since they absorb stains very easily.

Can I leave my doll laying down in my bed?

Yes, you can. It is always best to leave your doll on the blanket that comes with the package. This helps avoid the discoloration of sheets.

Do I need to use lubricant each time I use my doll?

Yes, you do! You can damage the inside of the doll if you do not use a lubricant. It is best to use a water-based lubricant such as K-Y jelly. You should also clean out the lubricant after every use. See our care and maintenance section to learn more.

Can I apply makeup or perfume to the doll?

Practice care when applying makeup and perfume to your doll. You can test the makeup on a hidden part of your doll, like the head under the wig in a very small area. Do not spray perfume directly on the skin of the doll as it may damage the skin surface. You can spray a little on the wig or clothing to get a nice fragrance on the doll. This adds a nice touch to your doll for sure!

Can I bend the doll into different positions?

Yes. However, be careful not to overbend the doll or leave it in a bent position for a long period as this may cause damage. Always return the doll to a standing arms at side position or put it back into its box laying flat.

Can my doll damage my home?

Yes. There are metal pegs on the bottom of the doll’s feet. These can scratch floors and damage your bathtub or tile very easily. When putting your doll in the tub, be sure to have a double thick towel ready for her feet to stand on. Slippers or other footwear are recommended for proper care to protect the feet and your home.

Can I put my doll in the bathtub?

No! We strongly advise you not to do this. Water can seep into your doll and cause bacteria to remain in the doll, causing further damage.

How long does it take to receive my doll?

Once we have received your order, you can expect to receive your sex doll within 3 to 4 days. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment.
